Service Description
This is a classroom course that I have written to help those who are not sure where to start but are keen to start somewhere. It focuses on teaching basic (and less basic) nutrition and I also include elements on gut health and the gut brain axis. The course runs for 5 evenings - 4 each a week apart and the 5th usually about a month later to follow-up and see how everyone is getting on (the date for this final one will be confirmed with the group at the end of the first evening). Whilst this is not a personalised service I try to run the courses in a very interactive way and aim to have between 10 and 15 people per course. Some groups may want to then create their own group support network as a way to encourage each other and move forwards.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact me directly by email or phone before 5 pm the day before the appointment. On-the-day cancellations will not normally elicit a refund however a partial refund will be considered at Hope-For-Health's discretion.
